To all teams competing in the League

I am concerned about the number of instances that have come to my attention following round one, of teams using athletes who are not members of their clubs; some not even members of the ASA. There have also been instances of swimmers who are not Category 2 swimmers, but only Cat 1.

All swimmers must be members of the club that they are swimming for, and must be Cat 2 ASA registered with their National Governing Body prior to 1st October 2012.

Any swimmer who is not Cat 2, and registered with the club that they are swimming for, prior to 1st October 2012, will be considered disqualified, and have any points that they have achieved removed.

All clubs are reminded that it is against ASA Law for anyone who is not a member of the ASA, to swim in a competition.

New Gala Documentation Available

After the recent Round One galas we have now fixed some bugs and made some small changes in the Gala documents. There is a new set of Gala Recording Spreadsheet and Team Sheet both are Version 4. We have also released a Hy-Tek Team Converter that allows you to select your team in Hy-Tek Team Manager and export into the correct format for use at National Arena Swimming League Galas. All documentation is available for download here

Please ensure the new documentation is used for the Round 2 galas on 10th November 2012.

We have uploaded an amended Hy-Tek Team Converter File and User Guide to fix some errors, both are Version 4a

Round One Results 2012

Owing to many of the organisers of the leagues being involved in the ASA Conference and ASA Council Meeting over the weekend there will be a short delay getting all the results from Round One 2012 onto the website. As soon as the detail have been sorted out the data will be issued.

Amended Team Sheet

Please note that due to an error with the 200IM event an amended Gala Recording Spreadsheet is available. Please download Version 3 here
